Nonprofits today face many challenges: declines in donations, cuts in government aid, investment losses – and yet for many organizations, an increased demand for their services. Board and staff leaders are asking the same question: How do we make it?
This interactive workshop will offer nonprofit board members practical ways to help address needs in areas such as having the right people on the board, key aspects of overseeing the organization’s financial situation, and how to maintain public visibility. Participants will receive guidance in creating a “survival plan process” for their organization’s needs.

Pre-register by sending a check or Visa/MasterCard information. Please include the following: Your name, nonprofit affiliation, nonprofit title, business, business title, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and special needs at the training if applicable.
