Cancellation Policy:	Registration cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the workshop.

Whether operating in smooth or turbulent waters, nonprofit organizations benefit from periodic self assessment. Unfortunately, “taking stock” often gives way to the pressing demands of providing services and keeping the doors open. This workshop gives participants an orientation to the critical factors affecting the viability of an organization, including the mission, programs and financial position, as well as looking at collaborative opportunities in their fields of play. This training is part of “The Viability Program,” a collaboration among ICL, MANP, CommonGood Ventures and a variety of Maine funders.
